Kenda Pro Cycling p/b GEARGRINDER Team finished our training camp in Macon, GA. Honing their skills to win the Tour of Taiwan in a few weeks.
The training camp was a week and half long where they received their new team kits by Hincapie, bikes by Masi, Mercury Wheels, Thomson seat posts and stems, Lake shoes and Kenda tires of course!

Mercury has become the official Wheel Sponsor of the KENDA Pro Cycling presented by GEARGRINDER!
Mercury has joined forces with the Frankie Andreu led KENDA Pro Cycling presented by GEARGRINDER. KENDA Pro Cycling presented by GEARGRINDER has been invited to the Tour of Taiwan where they will sprout their Mercury wings and fly up the mountains of Taiwan. This will be one of the first tests of the 2010 season. Even though some of the top European teams will be racing, we think KENDA Pro Cycling presented by GEARGRINDER will be in the mix of the GC.

Brian is one of the top Cat 1 racers in the nation and reviews bikes for www.velonation.com. Here is an excerpt of his review....I test rode the Titan for just over a week. From the first few pedal strokes, I could feel the difference between my 'race' bike and the Mercury. It felt stiffer, lighter, and much more capable of delivering every watt of power straight to the road. At under 15 pounds, the Titan made every hill feel like a flat and every flat feel like a downhill. It also handles very well in the corners. At speed, only the slightest amount of lean and counter-steering was needed to send you into the corner and back out with little effort. Smooth riding style and skill are needed with such a responsive bike. Making waves in Florida....Check out pages 12 and 46 in the Florida Racing Magazine......
Mercury has sponsored Kenda Pro Cycling-Gear Grinder Team for the 2010 season. One of their top GC hopefuls, Philip Gaimon, is featured in Florida Racing Magazine(FRM).
Mercury is mentioned in the FRM in an expose on our Sales Manager in Florida. The article starting on page 46 features Hank describing the race and his experiences where you can see him in The Race Across the Sky (movie about the Leadville 100). Don't take my word for it, follow the link!!
