Kenda Pro Cycling-GearGrinder Rides Mercury Wheels Again in 2011
Mercury Bikes is proud to announce their sponsorship of Kenda Pro Cycling presented by GearGrinder for the 2011 season.

"We are very excited about working with the team again for 2011. The team will be riding the brand new M-Series line of Mercury wheels.", said Chris Mogridge, co-founder of Mercury.
In addition to the team riding the M-Alloy, M3, M5, M9 and Disc; they’ll also use the S3 clinchers for pit wheels. Kenda Pro Cycling p/b GearGrinder provided incredible feedback to Mercury throughout 2010. Each and every bit of the feedback has been put to work in the 2011 M-Series, reducing weight and adding stiffness to the wheels and throwing white industry hubs into the mix.

For those moments when the team needs to get down to business, they’ll be sporting Mercury TT frames as well, the Mercury Trident. These frames are designed for speed and are available in a limited offering.

Bike Rumor: Great article on cross wheels

With a drop of a card, Russ Willacker's name was chosen while at Interbike to win the Frankie Andreu signed KPC-GG jersey. I have heard rumors that he is going to have it framed and proudly display it in his Boulder office!

Mike Olheiser won the 2010 US National Elite Road Race and Time Trial in the same weekend in dramatic style. After winning the TT in convincing fashion, he soloed off the front of a hard off a fast charging peleton to win in Mercury style.
